Our Class Trip to Dublin Zoo!
The Tiger Room really enjoyed their trip to Dublin Zoo on Tuesday! This was funded by Fr PJ Madden, who kindly donated to the class after meeting us on a trip to the Botanic Gardens! It was a pleasure for us to meet him and we are very grateful to him for funding our trip. During our tour, we explored many areas, and saw the monkeys, seals, penguins, red pandas, lemurs, wolves, birds, ducks, pigs, goats, sheep, cows and a peacock, to name a few! The monkeys were an all round favourite as they crossed overhead, as was the peacock who put on a performance for us displaying its beautiful feathers. We really enjoyed our time at the zoo and would like to thank all who worked with us, including our bus drivers, school staff, staff at the zoo, parents, and Fr. PJ Madden.
